Mixed Media: Epoxy resin and found object.

The background of this piece is an opaque cream and a translucent gold that creates pools and depth. I have used a large chip of graffiti from the Krog Street Tunnel that I partially cut into the shape of the heart. The heart then “bleeds” into the resin. Like all resin work it is difficult to photograph well, but this piece is stunning in person.
